What data we collect
Visiting biggerz.vip means a small amount of data is logged automatically. This includes your IP address (used to derive a country level location), the pages you visit, the referring page, your browser and device type, and the time of your visit. None of this is linked to your name unless you contact us directly.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. Cookies are used for essential site function, analytics and to remember your consent choices, as detailed in our cookie policy.
How we use your data
We use site analytics to understand which articles are useful, fix broken pages and improve the structure of the site. Aggregated, anonymised analytics never identify individual visitors. Contact form data is used to reply to your message and is not added to any marketing list. Marketing click data lets us understand which promotions interest our players, again in aggregate.
Sharing data
We do not sell personal data to anyone. We share limited data with the analytics and hosting providers we use to operate the site, all of whom are bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law, for example in response to a valid court order from a competent authority.
How we protect data
The site runs over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Server access is restricted to a small technical team. Payment information is processed by our PCI compliant payment partners and never stored on our servers in clear text. Backups are encrypted and rotated on a 30 day cycle.
Your rights under privacy law
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. To make any of these requests, email the address on our contact page. We will respond within 20 working days, as required by law.
Cookies and tracking
We use a cookie consent banner to give you control over non essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer. Essential cookies are required for the site to work and cannot be disabled.
Children
Our content is intended for adults aged 20 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 20. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data through our site, contact us and we will delete it.
International data transfers
Some of our service providers are based in other regions. We only work with providers who offer comparable privacy protections to those in major privacy regulations like GDPR. Where data is processed internationally, it does so under a data processing agreement that requires equivalent safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of the page. Significant changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days.
Contact and complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first via the contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
